<p style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 1.2; color: #000000; font-family: 'Mona Sans', sans-serif; font-weight: 500; font-style: normal; margin: 0 0 1rem 0; text-align: left;">Die SÜDSTÄRKE GmbH mit Sitz im oberbayrischen Schrobenhausen verarbeitet rund 600.000 Tonnen Kartoffeln im Jahr und produziert daraus 150.000 Tonnen Kartoffelstärke. Insbesondere in der Hauptsaison, die bei SÜDSTÄRKE von August bis in den Dezember dauert, müssen dafür alle Prozesse perfekt ineinander greifen. Das beginnt mit der Anlieferung der Kartoffeln, die im Stundentakt in einem der beiden Werke in Schrobenhausen und Sünching eintreffen, und geht weiter mit der Kartoffelwäsche, der Produktion, der Lagerung in Großraumsilos, der Weiterverarbeitung zu Stärkederivaten und der Auslieferung an die Kunden.</p>

Für andere Bereiche wie die Produktion gab es bisher gar keine standardisierte Lösung. Dieses heterogene Feld an Systemen will das Unternehmen nun durch ein integriertes ERP-System ersetzen, das alle Kerngeschäftsprozesse – von der Planung über die Produktion bis hin zur Abrechnung – in einer Lösung vereint. Nach einem intensiven Auswahlprozess entschied sich SÜDSTÄRKE für Innovafood, die Branchenlösung für die Nahrungs- und Genussmittelindustrie auf Basis von SAP Business-All-in-One. KEK Anwendungssysteme und sein Partner Innovabee begleiten die SÜDSTÄRKE GmbH bei dem Einführungsprojekt.</p>
