<p style="text-align: left;">Daten entstehen heute überall im Unternehmen: im ERP, im CRM, in Excel-Dateien und in Schnittstellen zu Dienstleistern. Diese Daten zusammenzuführen und zu harmonisieren ist aufwendig. Oft heißt dieselbe Kennzahl je nach Quelle anders und am Ende vertraut man den Zahlen nicht mehr.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Genau hier setzt die SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) an. Sie ist kein weiteres Einzelprodukt, sondern eine Plattform, die bewährte Lösungen wie SAP Analytics Cloud und SAP Datasphere unter einem Dach bündelt und miteinander verknüpft. SAP-Systeme wie S/4HANA oder SuccessFactors werden über Standard-Konnektoren angebunden. Dazu kommen kuratierte Datenprodukte und Intelligent Applications, die sich per Knopfdruck installieren lassen.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Über BDC Connect und den „Zero Copy"-Ansatz können auch externe Plattformen wie Snowflake oder Microsoft auf die Daten zugreifen, ohne dass Daten kopiert werden müssen. So entsteht eine verlässliche Datenbasis, die auch die Voraussetzung für jeden sinnvollen KI-Einsatz ist.</p>
