Zum einen mussten für das neue SAP-System zwei Mandanten angelegt werden – einen für die Berliner Manufaktur und einen für die Schokoladenfabrik im niedersächsischen Peine. Hierfür stellt Innovabee eine umfassende Checkliste zur Verfügung, um alle Prozesse im Detail testen zu können. Nachdem auch die Integrationstests erfolgreich verlaufen waren, stand der finalen Migration des Produktivsystem nichts mehr im Weg.
