<p style="text-align: left;">Wenn ein neuer Kundenauftrag eingeht, muss die Beschaffung schnell reagieren. Das gilt insbesondere dann, wenn ein Unternehmen den Einzelhandel beliefert. Neben Rohstoffen müssen die Mitarbeiter in der Disposition auch Verpackungsmaterialien einkaufen. Denn nur wenn die Ware produziert <em>und</em> verpackt ist, kann sie pünktlich ausgeliefert werden.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Nachauflagenliste sorgt für Transparenz in der Beschaffung<br></strong>Genau so viele Rohstoffe und Verpackungen im Lager zu haben, wie gebraucht werden, um einen Kundenauftrag zu erfüllen – nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger – das ist die hohe Kunst der Beschaffung. Innovabee gibt Mitarbeitern aus dem Einkauf ein Tool an die Hand, mit dem sie alle wichtigen Daten für den Beschaffungsprozess in einer integrierten Ansicht erhalten: die so genannte „Nachauflagenliste“. Das SAP S/4HANA-Add-on fasst die Stückzahlen für verschiedene Produkte in der Komponente Verpackung zusammen und weist sie als „echten Bedarf“ bzw. „abgesicherten Bedarf“ aus.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Materialien mit dieser Kennzeichnung kann der Mitarbeiter in der Beschaffung zeitnah bestellen. Er geht damit sicher, dass alle bereits erteilten Kundenaufträge und Verkaufskontrakte in seiner Bestellung berücksichtigt sind. Bislang mussten Einkäufer dafür eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Auswertungen heranziehen: Verbrauchsübersichten, offene Kundenaufträge oder offene Kontrakte zum Beispiel.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Alle Bestände, Verbräuche und Vertriebskennzahlen auf einen Blick<br></strong>Mit dem neuen Add-on hat der Einkauf nun alle relevanten Vertriebskennzahlen – zum Beispiel Verkaufskontrakte oder Verkaufsaufträge – für das betreffende Produkt und die dazugehörigen Rohstoffe und Verpackungen in einer integrierten Ansicht vorliegen. Ruft er also einen Rohstoff oder eine Verpackung auf, sieht er auf einen Blick die aktuelle Situation: Wie hoch sind Lager- und Bestellbestand? Welche Bestände sind reserviert? Was wurde in einem bestimmten Zeitraum verbraucht? Angereichert werden diese Informationen mit den genannten Vertriebskennzahlen – kumuliert für alle seine Fertigprodukte.</p>
