<p style="text-align: left;">Nur ein Müsli? Nur ein Duschgel? So einfach ist es leider nicht. Denn der Weg von Idee und Entwicklung inklusive konkreter Rezeptur und Herstellung bis in die Frühstücksschüsseln und Badezimmer ist lang und aufwändig. Dazu trägt auch bei, dass alle Inhaltsstoffe auf dem Endprodukt lückenlos und nachvollziehbar angegeben sein müssen. Seien es Informationen zu Allergenen, Proteinen oder Nährwerten im Energy-Riegel, ob für Babykost geeignet oder sogar Halal, ob die Bananen ein Bioland- oder Demeterzertifikat haben oder wie hoch der maximale Alkoholgehalt im Deo ist: Alle Stoffe müssen bis auf den Milliliter und das Milligramm exakt deklariert werden. Vorgaben, die vor allem Unternehmen aus der Nahrungsmittel‑, Kosmetik- und Chemiebranche betreffen.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Die große Herausforderung dabei: Für all die notwendigen Angaben auf dem Fertigprodukt sind die Inhaltstoffe der eingesetzten Rohstoffe wichtig. Und bisher war der Prozess, diese Informationen in das System zu bekommen, nur manuell realisierbar, entsprechend aufwändig und fehleranfällig und ließ sich nur mit SAP Recipe Development (RD) abbilden. Nun steht den Kunden dafür auch SAP Specification Management innerhalb SAP Product Lifecycle Management (ehemals SAP Enterprise Product Development — kurz SAP EPD) zur Verfügung.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: left;">Simultane Zusammenarbeit und Datenaustausch lassen sich mit Innovabee-Workflow demonstrieren</h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">Gemeinsam mit den Kunden kann der Innovabee-Workflow speziell auf individuelle Kundenanforderungen abgestimmt werden und so für unterschiedlichste Produkte und individuelle Szenarien eingesetzt werden. Ein Beispiel dazu wäre, wenn alle beteiligten Parteien Spezifikationsdaten austauschen müssen und es einer schnellen Änderung bedarf – zum Beispiel der Zuckeranteil von 15 mg auf 5 reduziert werden soll. Ein Prozess, der früher viel Zeit in Anspruch nahm, da sich alle Beteiligten via Telefon oder E‑Mail mit Excel-Anhang austauschen mussten, ist heute in kürzester Zeit erledigt: Im Innovabee-Workflow lassen sich die benötigten Informationen eintragen, aktualisieren, kontrollieren und stehen dann in Echtzeit via SAP Fiori in einem übersichtlichen Dashboard parat. Dieser Workflow wurde separat erstellt, da er im SAP-Standard nicht enthalten war.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Ein Beispiel dazu: Der Hersteller schickt dem Lieferanten die Aufforderung, die Daten für die Rezeptentwicklung einzutragen. Ist dies erledigt, erfolgt eine automatische Benachrichtigung im System, entsprechend schnell und einfach lassen sich zum Beispiel aktualisieren. Sichergestellt werden Online-Zusammenarbeit und Echtzeit-Datenaustausch über das Collaborations-Modul mit folgendem Nutzen:</p>

<li style="margin-bottom: 0.5rem;">Workflow-basierte Kollaborationen lassen sich innerhalb weniger Minuten erstellen</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0.5rem;">Spezifische Rollen (z. B. Lieferant oder Qualitäts-Management) können angelegt werden, um Aufgaben nutzerorientiert zuweisen und Berechtigungen verwalten zu können</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0.5rem;">Das Teilen und sichere Speichen von Daten erfolgen nach dem Single-Source-of-Truth-Prinzip</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0.5rem;">Spezifikationsdaten aus SAP ERP ECC, SAP S/4HANA oder auch aus dem Specification Management für Kunden, die kein SAP RD einsetzen, können in Collaborations per Knopfdruck übertragen werden. Spezifikationsdaten, die in Collaborations überarbeitet werden, lassen sich so ebenfalls zurück in das System reimportieren. Dabei kann entweder eine neue Spezifikation erstellt werden oder eine bestehende überschrieben. Strukturierte Daten, wie z.B. Stücklisten aus SAP, können ebenfalls mit in Collaborations aufgenommen werden.</li>
