In dieser Phase legen wir den Umfang, die Dauer und die Arbeitsteilung für ein gemeinsames Conversion-Projekt fest. Dabei binden wir die Fachbereiche und die IT-Abteilung eng in die fachliche Analyse ein. Gemeinsam besprechen wir jeden Punkt aus dem Readiness Check und bewerten, ob er relevant für das Conversion-Projekt ist. 70 bis 100 Punkte werden dabei in der Regel als relevant eingestuft. Bei ca. 75 Prozent davon besteht Handlungsbedarf.</p>
