<h2 style="text-align: left;">Aufwändige Anpassungen beim Altsystem machen Neustart erforderlich</h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">Aufgabe des ERP-Systems ist es, alle Unternehmensprozesse zentral abzubilden und die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Partnern zu unterstützen. Genau hier stieß das Altsystem aber an seine Grenzen.</p>
<q style="border-left-color: #94a3b8; background-color: #f2f5f8; text-align: left; display: block;">Viele wichtige Funktionen waren nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit abgedeckt. Wir mussten viele individuelle Anpassungen vornehmen. Entsprechend aufwändig gestalteten sich die Releasewechsel.</q>
<p style="text-align: left;">MDS entschloss sich deshalb, auf eine neue Lösung zu setzen.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Fündig wurde MDS bei SAP S/4HANA und Innovabee. Im Rahmen eines SAP-Check-Ups konnte Innovabee die individuellen Nutzenpotenziale der Lösung für MDS aufzeigen. Seither ist MDS überzeugt:</p>

Ein zusätzliches Plus war, dass SAP S/4HANA auch Themen abdeckt, die nicht im klassischen ERP-Umfang enthalten sind, wie z.B. das Projektmanagement. <h2 style="text-align: left;">Schlanke Einführungsmethodik sorgt für schnellen Go-live</h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">Nicht nur die künftige Nutzung steht schon fest, auch das ERP-Projekt selbst ist bereits detailliert geplant. Bereits im Februar wurde das SAP S/4HANA-System bei MDS eingerichtet, wenig später folgten die ersten Schulungen. Go-live ist im Oktober 2017. Möglich wird die zügige Umsetzung aus mehreren Gründen. Zum einen sind mit SAP S/4HANA alle Anforderungen von MDS im Standard abgedeckt und kaum Anpassungen notwendig. Zusätzlich nutzt MDS das Hosting-Angebot von Innovabee-Partner BLUE S’TEC.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Zusätzlich bietet Innovabee mit „SAP flink eingeführt“ eine Methodik, durch die Anwenderunternehmen sehr kostengünstig und schnell produktiv mit ihrem SAP-System arbeiten können.</p>
