<p style="text-align: left;">Für Gerrit Lang, Geschäftsführer der Walter Lang GmbH, gibt es noch einen weiteren Grund, warum ihm die Bienen am Herzen liegen. Sein Unternehmen produziert und importiert seit mehr als 100 Jahren Honig aus allen Kontinenten der Erde. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf Honigspezialitäten in Bio-Qualität. Seit mehr als 30 Jahren engagiert sich das Bremer Unternehmen für nachhaltige Imkerei und hat sich in dieser Zeit zum größten Importeur für Bio-Honig in Europa entwickelt.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Bio-Honig unterliegt aber auch strengeren Qualitätsrichtlinien – und so ist beispielsweise die Chargenverfolgung mit integrierter Fassverwaltung ein für Walter Lang besonders wichtiges Thema. <p style="text-align: left;">Letzte Gewissheit, dass SAP die richtige Wahl ist, brachte schließlich der SAP-Check-Up von Innovabee.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Im Rahmen der Analyse wurde deutlich, dass <strong>Innova</strong>food die Anforderungen von Walter Lang nicht nur vollständig abdeckte, sondern in vielen Bereichen deutlich übertraf.</p>
<q style="border-left-color: #94a3b8; background-color: #f2f5f8; text-align: left; display: block;">Es gibt Funktionen, die gar nicht in unserem Anforderungskatalog standen, von denen wir aber zusätzlich in hohem Maße profitieren</q>
<p style="text-align: left;">Mobile Prozesse in der Logistik gehören ebenso dazu wie ein platzgeführtes Lager oder die EDI-Anbindung im Vertrieb.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Für die Einführung selbst hat das Projektteam einen ehrgeizigen Zeitplan aufgesetzt: Im Juli fällt der Startschuss und bereits im November geht die erste Gesellschaft der Walter Lang Gruppe, die Sonnentracht GmbH, live. Wenig später folgen die Walter Lang GmbH und die Atrium Import GmbH. Möglich wird die rasche Einführung, weil Innovabee mit „SAP flink eingeführt“ eine Methodik bietet, die gerade für mittelständische Unternehmen viele Vorteile bietet. Dabei liefert Innova_bee ein umfassend vorbereitetes und dokumentiertes System aus, mit dem nach einer Schulungsphase die Vorbereitungen für die produktive Nutzung direkt erfolgen.</p>
