Dies war auch dringend notwendig, da zusätzlich zu den Herausforderungen der Lebens- und Futtermittelbranche die Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, ähnlich wie viele andere mittelständische Unternehmen, mit einem veralteten und somit nicht mehr wartbarem ERP-System zu kämpfen hatte.</p>

Besonders überzeugend war für die Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, dass so insbesondere die Tochtergesellschaften und kleineren Standorte schnell und maximal effizient in die SAP-Welt der Konzernzentrale integrierbar sind. Dafür wird ein bestehendes und meist auf Konzernebene eingesetztes ERP-System (Tier 1) mit einem sekundären SAP-System (Tier 2) kombiniert.</p>

Januar 2024 ging das Public-Cloud-System in Malaysia und Singapur mit vier Buchungskreisen live. Dabei kam auch die SAP-Activate-Methodik zum Einsatz, die Anwender bei ihren Cloud-ERP-Einführungen mit Best Practices, bewährten Implementierungsmethoden und Werkzeugen unterstützt. Eine weitere Besonderheit im Projekt war die Zusammenarbeit von Innovabee mit lokalen Partnern wie Delaware, die die Ergebnisse aus dem Digital Discovery Assessment (DDA) in Deutschland ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt bekamen. Aktuell wird Mexiko als nächster internationaler Standort angebunden. Die Projektleitung erfolgt aus Hamburg, die lokale Implementierung übernimmt ein Partner vor Ort.</p>
