Bereits seit 2006 steht der Award wie kein anderer für höchste Qualitätsstandards bei der SAP-Einführung. Im Fokus stehen dabei zehn Qualitätsprinzipien, die ganz erheblich zu einem erfolgreichen Implementierungsprojekt beitragen – darunter ein effektives Stakeholder Management, die Nutzung von Best Practices, ein funktionierendes Risikomanagement und ein frühzeitiges und detailliertes Scoping.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Neben einer stringenten Projektplanung und einer schnellen und kosteneffizienten Umsetzung legt die Jury besonderen Wert auf einen messbaren Mehrwert für die Anwender. Mit ihrem SAP S/4HANA-Einführungsprojekt hat die Pfinder KG alle diese Punkte in hohem Maße erfüllt – und wurde dafür beim diesjährigen Wettbewerb mit der Auszeichnung „Grand Winner“ in der Kategorie „Business Transformation S/4HANA“ belohnt. Der Mittelständler aus Böblingen konnte sich dabei gegen namhafte Wettbewerber aus der Chemie‑, Automobil- und Energiebranche durchsetzen. Nur die besten SAP-Projekte schaffen es dabei überhaupt ins Finale des Wettbewerbs.</p>

Auch hier wurde das Projekt ohne Änderung der Software nah am Standard verwirklicht, wodurch die Implementierung im geplanten Zeit- und Budgetrahmen abgeschlossen werden konnte</q>
