Der gelernte Kaufmann startete 1977 beim Metallverarbeiter Schock seine Laufbahn, wo er das Controlling aufbaute. Anschließend hatte er dort die Position des IT-Leiters inne.</p>

Schließlich entwickelte sich Innovabee unter seiner Führung zu einem erfolgreichen Software-Reseller und SAP Gold Partner mit heute 65 Mitarbeitern. Auch künftig ist für Kontinuität gesorgt: Mit Christian Deininger und Florian Häußler haben Hansfrieder Weber und sein Kollege Andreas Köhler erst jüngst zwei langjährige Mitarbeiter in die Geschäftsführung berufen.</p>

Deshalb sind wir bei aktuellen Themen wie Echtzeit-ERP oder Cloud Computing immer unter den Early Adoptern gewesen.“</p>

Deshalb hat Innovabee sein 30-jähriges Bestehen als mehrtägiges Firmen-Event gefeiert. Ende September trafen sich die Mitarbeiter aus den Standorten in Waiblingen und Hamburg im idyllisch gelegenen Eifelpark in Kronenburg.</p>

Auf dem Programm standen ein Krimi-Dinner, Wassersport auf dem Kronenburger See, eine Wanderung rund um das beschauliche Kronenburg und ein Feinschmecker-Menü in der historischen Wassermühle Birgel. Daneben blieb noch genug Zeit für Socializing und Entspannung. Insgesamt war es ein Jubiläums-Event, das alle, die dabei waren, sehr genossen haben.</p>
